Pursuing a PhD offers an intellectually engaging and fulfilling journey, enabling you to investigate a legal topic of personal interest. To earn a PhD, your dissertation must present fresh, innovative perspectives in legal scholarship, whether by introducing new doctrinal or theoretical approaches to the subject matter or through empirical studies that yield groundbreaking insights into legal matters. While family conflicts significantly impact children, their perspectives frequently remain unheard within family court proceedings. Network members are eager to investigate how to properly define and establish children's participation in both family decision-making and judicial processes.

An MA by Research serves as strong proof to potential employers, in academia or professional fields, of your capacity to perform autonomous research and generate original work within set timeframes.

This research-focused Master's degree could launch an academic path or significantly boost your career prospects in the legal field. You'll gain from the School's outstanding connections with legal professionals across local, national, and international levels. Our strong reputation among graduate employers ensures that Law School graduates perform exceptionally well in the job market.
