Our BSc Accounting and Finance program offers access to a virtual trading floor equipped with Bloomberg Market Data Feed (B-PIPE), allowing you to practice stock and securities trading in an authentic financial firm setting.

You'll explore diverse subjects while honing quantitative abilities, preparing you for careers in finance, accounting, or business management upon completion.
The program begins with a foundational year introducing broader business concepts like management and marketing.

During your final year, you can apply your learning through an extensive independent research project or dissertation, enhancing crucial professional skills in research, time management, and analytical reasoning.
BSc Accounting and Finance starts with an introductory year covering essential business fundamentals including management and marketing principles.

In the concluding year, students undertake a comprehensive research project or dissertation, strengthening key workplace competencies in investigation, organization, and critical analysis.

Qualification Requirements

GCSE: Mathematics C/4 A-levels: BBB - BBC or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A-levels BTEC: DDM – DMM or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of the equivalent of 2 full A-levels. Other qualifications that hold UCAS tariff points, and combined qualifications: 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A levels or equivalent. IB: 30 - 29 points or three Higher Level certificates with 555-554. Either must include Standard Level Mathematics grade 4, or a minimum of 3 in Higher Level Mathematics. We will accept grade 4 in either Standard Level Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches or Standard Level Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation. Maths in the IB is not required if you have already achieved GCSE Maths at grade C/4 or above or 4 in IB Middle Years Maths. IELTS - 6.0 overall with minimum component scores: Listening: 5.5 Reading: 5.5 Writing: 5.5 Speaking: 5.5 TOEFL IBT- 76 overall, with a minimum of 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing
