Instruction occurs at our Edinburgh location and various Highland sites across Scotland, serving as departure points for immersive outdoor learning expeditions by land and sea.
To enhance practical teaching experience, students complete a 4-week (20-day) professional placement timed to maximize their ability to contribute meaningfully to host organizations while connecting fieldwork with classroom theory.
Placement partners encompass environmental education initiatives, urban outreach programs, special needs services, leadership development providers, outdoor centers, and numerous other settings.
