The Sociology and Politics program provides a comprehensive introduction to core concepts, discussions, and research areas within both sociology and political science.
You'll examine various social norms, relationships, tensions, and systems that shape daily experiences.
These interconnected disciplines complement each other. Gaining knowledge in both areas helps you analyze and respond to essential questions about societal structures.
Year 1- Your first year includes required sociology and politics modules plus two elective choices. Year 2- Similar to Year 1, you'll take mandatory sociology and politics courses while selecting two additional options. Year 3- You'll combine advanced sociology and politics coursework. Year 4- Your final year blends sociology and politics studies with a capstone project in either field.
