This combined degree program lets you explore two of the globe's most prevalent languages within their worldwide cultural frameworks.
Together, Russian and Spanish are used by more than half a billion people. While Spanish extends across Latin America and the Caribbean, both languages are seeing increasing adoption in the United States and China.
No prior experience with either language is required. Through immersive language training, including overseas study, you'll develop advanced proficiency in both Russian and Spanish.
Alongside language instruction, you'll examine cultural elements of Russian and Spanish-speaking societies. The curriculum includes global literature, cinema, and theater, all studied within their historical, political, and social contexts.
