This combined degree program merges the dynamic exploration of world religions with the rich tradition of Scottish literary studies. Religious studies is a multidisciplinary area examining faith traditions and rituals alongside their cultural contexts.

We explore both the communities and individuals who follow religious traditions as well as their sacred figures and spiritual beings.

You will:

examine the ideas and feelings that shape religious worldviews and their cultural significance
engage with both historical and modern perspectives
