Our combined degree programs enable you to pursue legal studies while exploring another academic field. During four years of coursework, you'll engage with diverse subjects from both the Law School and the School of Social and Political Science.
The dual LLB in Law and Political Science seeks to develop sophisticated knowledge of legal theories, principles, and regulations.
You'll additionally acquire insight into:
the critical decisions facing political systems
the mechanisms that sustain or transform these structures
the fundamental concepts and values in political theory
Political science examines the principles and implementation of societal governance.
How do governing bodies establish collective regulations? Who wields the authority to create these rules, and what impacts result from political choices? What constitutes an equitable society, and how might we achieve it?
Leveraging the knowledge of distinguished scholars and researchers, you'll investigate the historical roots and contemporary manifestations of societal debates surrounding authority, civic engagement, and resource allocation.
Your studies will encompass not just the operations of government at various levels, but also the ethical dimensions of political behavior, along with the boundaries of liberty and fairness.
