With our emphasis on sustainable practices and social engagement, you'll have abundant opportunities to acquire hands-on knowledge while creating meaningful change. For instance, our students recently partnered with
Morgan Sindall
to create a garden shed designed to reduce social isolation.
Upon completing your studies, you'll emerge not just with a qualification but with workplace-ready abilities developed through our distinctive Mental Wealth curriculum.
The BA (Hons) Design Interactions program positions you at the cutting edge of forward-thinking design. You'll explore and advance new technologies including augmented/virtual reality (XR), artificial intelligence, gaming platforms, smart devices, sensor networks, IoT systems, data analytics and automated systems. You'll contribute to transforming our environment through innovative concepts and possibilities. The Design Interactions (with Foundation Year) pathway offers an ideal introduction to higher education if you lack prior arts training or sufficient UCAS scores.
Your initial foundation year will prepare you by covering all fundamental aspects of creative disciplines. Many graduates cherish their foundation year as particularly memorable. It's an enjoyable setting where you'll absorb substantial knowledge while collaborating with peers from various fields like fine arts, photography, graphic design and illustration. This makes it perfect if you're undecided about your specialization or have multiple interests - you can treat it as an exploratory year to determine your path. A key advantage of our foundation programs is the flexibility to alter your course direction if your aspirations evolve.

Tomorrow's workforce requires adaptable, tech-savvy creatives capable of responding to dynamic industry demands.
