The MSc in International Business Economics is a component of our Applied Training Programme, tailored to equip students with essential economic skills. This program is perfect for graduates from non-economics disciplines who want to acquire an economist's analytical capabilities. It also serves economics graduates seeking specialized knowledge in this field without undertaking extensive research training.
You will establish a strong academic base through mandatory courses in Economic Concepts, Econometrics, International Trade, and Multinational Firms. Additionally, you can select from diverse elective modules covering subjects like finance, financial mathematics, environmental economics, and media economics. In the final phase of your 12-month program, you will complete a dissertation under the guidance of a faculty member from the School of Economics.
Our program provides dedicated structural assistance to support your master's journey. This includes mandatory intensive pre-sessional training before your core modules begin, covering calculus, matrix algebra techniques, and an introduction to the econometric software used throughout your MSc studies.
