Our five-year Pharmacy program begins with a Foundation Year tailored to set you up for success in the MPharm degree. This preparatory year provides essential training and academic grounding to thrive in the main program.

Throughout the Foundation Year, you'll establish core competencies in mathematics, biology, and chemistry. A specialized Pharmacy skills module introduces the teaching approaches used in the MPharm curriculum, while also covering fundamental concepts in medicinal chemistry, drug formulation, and professional pharmacy practice.

This initial year serves as an ideal springboard, allowing you to develop crucial knowledge and abilities before tackling the rigorous MPharm degree.

Our internationally recognized MPharm program combines outstanding teaching with cutting-edge research. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on clinical training and practical learning to cultivate professional expertise. You'll learn from approachable faculty members who are both accomplished researchers and practicing professionals. From the first year of this four-year program, your academic studies will be complemented by practical placements. Regardless of your specialization, the course content incorporates the latest breakthroughs in pharmaceutical sciences and contemporary clinical methodologies.
