In this program, you'll explore how educational institutions influence our development. You'll investigate diverse teaching methodologies and analyze learning processes across various educational environments, both within the UK and internationally. The curriculum covers learning throughout all life stages, from early childhood through adulthood and continuing education. Core modules in your second and fourth years delve into the psychology behind learning and instruction, equipping you with techniques to engage students from diverse backgrounds. The program maintains close ties with UEA's PGCE and teacher training pathways, providing excellent preparation for teaching careers.
The optional year abroad allows you to expand your educational perspective by studying at one of our partner universities, gaining global insights into teaching and learning practices from international experts.
