Our MSci program integrates undergraduate and graduate-level physics courses, allowing you to explore more sophisticated physics topics.

You'll acquire comprehensive knowledge of core physics principles, spanning from cosmic events to quantum theory. Throughout the program, you'll master classical physics concepts while also learning about breakthroughs in contemporary physics.

The University of Dundee's physics department has significantly influenced today's technology. We pioneered LCD screen development during the 1970s and 1980s. In recent years, we've contributed to discoveries about exoplanet formation and developed optical measurement tools for CERN experiments.

Much of your coursework will connect directly to our faculty's research in areas including biological physics, innovative materials, and light-based technologies.
