conducting dental autopsies using Thiel-preserved specimens (through CAHID's specialized facilities)
capturing images with mobile X-ray equipment
analyzing pre-death and post-mortem dental records
participating in simulated trials and gaining direct experience with PlassData software for disaster victim identification
