Islamic Finance examines how to handle money and conduct business while adhering to Islamic ethical standards, also referred to as Shari'ah compliance. These financial institutions now operate in more than 75 countries globally, gaining significant influence in international finance. Entrepreneurship involves launching and overseeing new business ventures, while innovation focuses on implementing fresh concepts, approaches, products, or services that drive progress across industries. This program combines these ideas by focusing on establishing innovative, Shari'ah-compliant businesses. A single degree from two institutions provides both the foundational knowledge of our tradition and Al-Maktoum's specialized understanding of Islamic banking, finance, and broader Islamic studies. Instruction Our educational approach incorporates: lectures, workshops, collaborative projects, and student presentations. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in guest lectures and professional workshops, enhancing classroom learning with real-world insights from industry experts.
