Philosophy examines human existence through analytical reasoning and debate. Our focus lies in continental (European) philosophy, where we study seminal works from this intellectual tradition.
We demonstrate philosophy's relevance to modern challenges by:
analyzing films and artworks in academic discussions
examining significant scientific and technological advancements
engaging in debates on pressing ethical dilemmas
demonstrating how centuries-old philosophical texts remain applicable to current political contexts
During your first two years, you'll build a foundation in both classical and contemporary philosophy, covering essential concepts in ethics, epistemology (the study of knowledge), and metaphysics (the study of reality). In your final years, you'll concentrate on specialized areas aligned with your personal interests.
