This program offers comprehensive instruction through mandatory and elective courses covering diverse areas including investment regulations, global trade policies, cross-border dispute settlement, tax frameworks, business transaction laws, international sales agreements, corporate law comparisons, antitrust regulations, and intellectual property rights.
