Select from various elective courses during your third and fourth years. This program is accredited by both the Law Society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates, the governing bodies for legal practice in Scotland.
Our energy law courses are delivered by the University's Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), a globally recognized institution specializing in international business transactions, natural resources, energy law, and policy.
During Levels 3 and 4, you'll gain in-depth knowledge and specialized skills in this crucial commercial sector, covering topics like energy law, energy projects, and environmental legislation.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to research a specialized topic of your choice through a Level 4 dissertation.
