Our January intake provides an opportunity to complete our prestigious Honours degree in just 3.5 years (42 months). This innovative start date offers a fresh alternative to the UK's conventional September academic calendar.
Beginning your studies in January gives you ample time to organize your move to Dundee, including visa arrangements, travel plans, financial preparations, and meeting English language requirements. Many students also appreciate the chance to take a break before commencing studies - perfect for traveling or spending time with loved ones. Financially, the January start is advantageous too, with reduced first-year fees and earlier entry into the workforce after just three and a half years.
During your first year, you'll complete four modules by late May, including one essential core module. The second year involves eight modules to meet standard progression requirements for third year. Throughout your studies, you'll combine compulsory and elective modules. Additional information is available under the Teaching and Assessment section above.
