This four-year course provides an extra year of learning beyond the Mathematics with Modern Languages BSc, allowing students to deepen their expertise through advanced modules and a substantial research project. During the initial two years, participants gain comprehensive training in pure mathematics and mathematical techniques, mirroring the curriculum of standalone Mathematics students. The third and fourth years offer diverse elective choices in both mathematical subjects and languages. A significant research project is a key component of the final year. In addition to the seven primary languages, options may include Dutch, Hebrew, Portuguese, Scandinavian, and Slavonic languages.
