The Master of Science in Prosperity, People and Planet (PPP) prepares future leaders with the expertise to foster sustainable well-being for both humanity and the natural world. This program centers on the concept of natural prosperity - the understanding that thriving ecosystems form the foundation for global and local well-being, equitable economies, and resilient societies. Natural prosperity provides a holistic framework for examining thriving economies and robust social structures within Earth's ecological limits. This methodology employs systems thinking and modeling to understand complex global challenges. The program adopts a distinctly interdisciplinary approach, connecting students with the Institute for Global Prosperity's (IGP) and UCL's extensive network spanning government, industry, academia, NGOs, and local communities. Through innovative approaches like solution-oriented workshops, participants will collaboratively develop research, policies, and initiatives with tangible real-world applications. Students in this program will gain the skills to drive systemic transformation via cooperative, multi-sector partnerships operating at various scales. The program brings together international students from diverse backgrounds to design and implement solutions for a more sustainable future for both society and the environment.
