The MSc in Palaeoanthropology and Palaeolithic Archaeology, offered jointly by UCL's Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology Department, combines the strengths of both disciplines to deliver comprehensive graduate education in human evolutionary studies. This program equips students with research methodologies and scientific knowledge in palaeoanthropology and Stone Age archaeology, covering: human evolutionary fossils and artifacts; patterns of evolutionary and environmental transformation; and the biological foundations of human adaptation and cultural development. Qualification Requirements

A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. The English language level for this programme is: Level 2

UCL Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English courses are for international students who are aiming to study for a postgraduate degree at UCL. The courses will develop your academic English and academic skills required to succeed at postgraduate level. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Version - Overall score of 7.0 and a minimum of 6.5 in each component. Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Overall score of 96 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 22/30 in speaking and listening.
