This program provides a distinctive emphasis on how real estate interacts with property development processes and planning frameworks across Europe and globally. It examines the operational systems of urban growth and analyzes market dynamics from the perspectives of investors, developers, and occupants within our constructed spaces, along with the interplay between markets and policies at different geographic scales. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work internationally in real estate sectors (encompassing property valuation, market research, investment strategies, and development), urban planning, and policy formulation.
