In today's globally connected society, migration lies at the center of crucial discussions: the rights of migrants and refugees; diaspora communities and cross-border connections; national belonging and personal identity; global citizenship and social cohesion; discrimination and ethnic categorization; fairness and inclusion; humanitarian support and safe havens; national security and border control; global progress; and divided job sectors. This multidisciplinary MSc program brings together UCL's finest migration studies expertise. Designed with policy considerations in mind, the course provides students with sophisticated analytical capabilities and research techniques. Participants develop knowledge of fundamental theories for examining worldwide migration patterns and get chances to implement these concepts across broad and specialized areas concerning migration dynamics, regulations, cultural expressions, and political aspects.
