The Master of Science in Environmental Anthropology combines natural and social science methodologies to tackle sustainability and resilience challenges in the Anthropocene era. This program provides a springboard for advanced research and professional careers, presenting a unique chance to study in a cross-disciplinary environment with faculty who engage with external institutions while conducting their own investigations. Leveraging faculty knowledge in human ecology, cultural anthropology, political ecology, conservation studies, and socio-ecological systems, the degree prepares students with a multifaceted understanding of global environmental shifts, sustainable progress, biodiversity protection, and equity issues across rural and urban landscapes.
