MSc Advanced Materials Science - Materials Innovation and Enterprise in London United Kingdom | University College London

In recent decades, the swift advancement of diverse new materials and technologies has created a growing need for scientific specialists and business leaders capable of implementing these innovations to tackle worldwide issues, including access to economical sustainable energy and advancements in industrial systems. This interdisciplinary program merges cutting-edge business practices with research-driven instruction from various UCL departments to cultivate future pioneers and business creators in materials science.

The curriculum is designed to provide students with in-depth expertise in materials science and modern technological developments, an awareness of how advanced materials and devices are structured, function, and applied innovatively, essential research competencies, and the vision and skills to become entrepreneurs in this sector. Furthermore, participants will undertake a literature review project and a half-year research initiative.
