This encompasses organizational and management studies spanning strategic management, innovation initiatives, project leadership, and behavioral dynamics within organizations. With a longstanding focus on built environment research, the School examines project-oriented enterprises, construction initiatives, large-scale infrastructure ventures, governance models, cost engineering, BIM technologies, digital evolution, supply networks, professional communities, psychological factors in construction, sustainable practices, and industry professionalism. Exceptional candidates are encouraged to submit PhD and MPhil proposals aligned with these research domains. UCL confers these advanced research degrees for groundbreaking scholarly work that advances both theoretical understanding and practical applications. We expect any successful application to include a sufficiently strong and convincing proposal, and those holding a Master's degree are typically well prepared to provide one.
