This four-year course expands on the Chemical Engineering BEng curriculum by incorporating a final-year research project and advanced coursework, providing a direct pathway to IChemE membership and Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification. UCL's Chemical Engineering Department ranks among the nation's top programs. Students learn from faculty who are globally renowned experts in their disciplines. The department boasts extensive industry connections both domestically and internationally, along with robust partnerships with engineering departments at universities worldwide. The MEng degrees hold professional accreditation from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), enabling graduates to pursue Chartered Engineer status directly.
