This three-year master's degree is designed for students pursuing specialization in endodontology. The curriculum aligns with the UK GDC-approved specialty training requirements and is offered exclusively as a full-time course. Through this clinically focused MClinDent program, you'll acquire comprehensive knowledge of endodontology while developing the ability to implement effective clinical approaches grounded in fundamental principles, equipping you for a career as a specialist.
The program emphasizes systematic, deliberate practice. During the first two years, students complete 13 core modules, including a dissertation. The third year focuses on clinical training, instructional learning, clinical audit completion, supervised teaching, and preparation for Royal Colleges' professional exams such as the MEndo. This non-credit bearing year typically demands full-time attendance five days per week during university operating periods.
