The Gender and Sexuality Studies program is an interdisciplinary initiative that leverages UCL's exceptional range of academic fields. Hosted by the Centre for Multidisciplinary and Intercultural Inquiry, this degree brings together faculty from Arts and Humanities, Social and Historical Sciences, Laws, and Built Environment, along with the School of Slavonic and East European Studies and the Institute of Education. Graduate researchers can focus on any gender or sexuality-related topic where expert guidance exists. Faculty supervisors offer specialized knowledge across diverse fields including anthropology, architecture, development studies, education, geography, history, art history, legal studies, literature and film analysis, queer theory, sociology, and urban studies.
