The initial year focuses on mandatory introductory courses, featuring two neuroscience modules exclusively for BSc and MSci Neuroscience students. This curriculum establishes a solid groundwork for advanced studies.

In your second year, core and elective courses will ready you for the third year, where you can tailor your education with specialized options. Year three and four neuroscience students can select from twenty-five advanced neuroscience modules, all instructed by leading experts in the field.

These courses span diverse neuroscience disciplines, from computational and molecular-cellular to systems, behavioral-cognitive, and clinical neuroscience. Sample offerings include Neural Mechanisms of Motivation and Learning, Pain Studies, Neurobiology of Brain Disorders, and Cellular Foundations of Brain Function, among numerous other specialized options.
