Earth Sciences focuses on understanding our planet. This adaptable program integrates concepts from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, and Geophysics. Students examine Earth's deep and surface processes, biological mechanisms driving biodiversity and extinction, atmospheric and oceanic influences on climate, plus topics like natural resources, geological hazards, and climate change. Alongside the versatile General track, learners can opt for a specialized Palaeobiology pathway, granting access to unique cross-departmental courses. The BSc Earth Sciences curriculum delivers comprehensive training, preparing graduates for diverse careers or advanced studies both within and beyond the discipline. Grades AAB Subjects Biology, Chemistry, Geology/Geography, Mathematics or Physics preferred GCSEs English Language and Mathematics at grade C or 5. Points 36 Subjects A total of 17 points in three higher level subjects to preferably include two sciences, with no higher level score below 5. Level 1: Overall score of 92 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening- (TOEFL) Level 1: Overall score of 6.5 and a minimum of 6.0 in each component- (IELTS) Level 1: Overall score of 75 with a minimum of 67 in each Communicative Skill-Pearson Test of English (Academic)
