Our combined Polish and Spanish program provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, comparative, and cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from an extensive array of modules spanning literature, linguistic studies, history, sociology, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and other cultural aspects tied to their chosen language(s). During the first, second, and final years, participants will engage with language courses in their selected tongues alongside related cultural studies. The curriculum also includes interdisciplinary offerings from SELCS and SSEES, covering literary works, cinematography, language studies, and historical analysis.

The third year involves international study, divided between two nations where the target languages are spoken. Learners attain equivalent language proficiency regardless of whether they begin as beginners or with prior experience in the language.
