Our degree program in Hungarian and Serbo-Croatian provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, comparative, and cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from an extensive array of modules covering literature, linguistic studies, history, sociology, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and other cultural aspects tied to their chosen language(s). During the first, second, and final years, participants will engage in language courses for their selected tongues alongside related cultural studies. Additionally, interdisciplinary modules examining literature, film studies, linguistics, and historical contexts are available.
The third year involves international study, divided between two nations where the target languages are spoken. All students attain equivalent language proficiency, whether beginning a new language or continuing prior studies.
