In collaboration with our Secondary Lead School partners, the University of Chester provides a Modern Languages specialization (ages 11-16 with sixth form extension) leading to PGCE with QTS certification. Modern Languages instruction is delivered through partnerships with leading educational institutions: the Alliance of Leading Learning, Sandstone Trust, and Wade Deacon Trust for general language studies, while the Salop Teaching Partnership and Wade Deacon Trust focus on French, Spanish, and German instruction.

Throughout the program, you'll develop techniques to enhance students' linguistic abilities through your subject expertise. The curriculum ensures comprehensive preparation to meet all fundamental national curriculum standards.
