The curriculum is meticulously structured to help you refine your professional practice and expand your knowledge through expert guidance in creative dance composition, research methodologies, and critical analysis. You'll gain the necessary support to achieve your artistic goals while enhancing your dance techniques, theoretical knowledge, and research focus. Our advanced modules provide comprehensive training in essential theories, performance techniques, digital platforms, research strategies, analytical methods, documentation, and academic writing. As part of your MA journey, you'll complete either a written dissertation or a practical project, culminating in a significant creative output—such as a major performance, workshop, lecture, or event. Central to this course is our commitment to fostering artistic growth through self-exploration, equipping you with the skills to produce compelling and original work.
Instruction occurs at our Creative Campus on Kingsway, featuring 6,920 square meters of dedicated space, including a 200-seat theater, rehearsal and performance studios, a learning resource center, specialized IT labs with 200 Mac and PC workstations, and two dining options.
