The MSc in Engineering with Management is tailored for graduates seeking to merge management principles with contemporary engineering concepts. This distinctive one-year master's program explores core management applications within engineering and technology fields, offering three specialized tracks: Option 1: Intelligent Manufacturing – Concentrates on smart manufacturing concepts involving interconnected, data-powered factories. You'll examine the complexities of merging IT with production resources, equipping you to oversee advanced manufacturing facilities.
Option 2: Energy for Sustainability - Investigates eco-friendly energy solutions, policy structures, existing low-emission technologies, and their implementation in current energy networks. Through practical case studies, you'll develop skills in creating renewable energy systems.
Option 3: Infrastructure Systems - Analyzes next-generation smart cities, digital and eco-conscious infrastructure networks, asset management across their lifespan, and associated risks. An upper second-class honours degree or international equivalent in an engineering-related subject. Applicants are required to have studied modules relevant to their pathway of choice. Applicants may be recommended for an alternative Engineering with Management pathway based on their academic and work experience
