Our Music Department provides extensive studies in musicology, composition, and performance across various styles and traditions. These are enhanced by weekly concerts, masterclasses, departmental performances, and involvement in Bristol's vibrant music community. Instruction comes from globally renowned music scholars, composers, and professional performing artists. Our facilities are housed in the historic Victoria Rooms, a Bristol icon featuring a 530-seat concert hall. Many students obtain organ and choral scholarships with local churches and Bristol Cathedral.

You'll collaborate with peers from innovative fields like computer science, psychology, and geography. Each discipline brings unique insights as you tackle challenges, identify opportunities, and generate concepts.
