Your Portuguese studies will include structured language training alongside explorations of Lusophone literature, film, history, philosophy, politics, and visual arts.
Your third year will be spent immersing yourself in a Portuguese-speaking country, enhancing both linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.
Upon returning to Bristol for your final year, you can undertake independent research projects (either practical or written) and/or complete internships in creative fields.
Instruction occurs through various formats including lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and personalized supervision. Evaluation methods range from presentations and essays to exams, group projects, debates, digital media creations, and research papers.
