The Music component delivers comprehensive studies in musicology, composition, and performance across various styles and genres. You'll undertake structured Russian language training while delving into the rich literary, cinematic, historical, philosophical, political, religious, and visual traditions of Russian-speaking societies. Your third year includes study abroad in a Russian-speaking environment, deepening both linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.

Music instruction and performances occur in the historic Victoria Rooms, a prominent Bristol landmark featuring a 530-seat concert hall, recital space, extensive studio resources, and dedicated practice facilities for Music students. Numerous organ and choral scholarship opportunities exist through partnerships with local churches and Bristol Cathedral.
