The Ecology and Conservation program delves into key aspects of biodiversity preservation across marine and land ecosystems. Students develop practical skills in habitat assessment, species surveying, and conservation management.

Hands-on learning is central to this program. Fieldwork occurs annually, allowing students to examine local ecosystems as well as international sites like Portugal. An optional South Africa expedition offers the chance to study native wildlife and conservation challenges.

A-levels or BTEC Entry requirements are in the range of Alevel BBB-BCC 120-104 UCAS Tariff points or BTEC Extended Diploma DMM-MMM Our conditional offers typically fall within this range A-levels must include a science at grade B or C BTEC must be in a science-based subject International Baccalaureate 26 points with three subjects at Higher level Higher level subjects must include biology at grade 5 Access to HE Diploma Pass with 60 credits overall Science or similar programme Must include 12 credits in biology At least 45 credits at level 3 with 18 at merit or above IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element TOEFL IBT - 72 overall, 18 in writing, 10 in reading, 10 in listening and 17 in speaking.
