The University of Bradford has educated pharmacy students since 1927, specializing in preparing graduates for clinical practice environments.
Our groundbreaking, award-winning curriculum primarily uses Team-Based Learning (TBL) and was developed collaboratively with pharmacists, educators, students, and employers. This ensures you'll graduate not just with essential pharmaceutical knowledge, but also with the confidence, teamwork abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving expertise needed for career success. Our classroom experiences mirror real workplace scenarios, where you'll collaborate in small groups to tackle authentic pharmacy challenges - many brought directly from practice by our pharmacist-instructor team.
After graduation, you'll complete a 1-year Foundation period to qualify as a pharmacist. We also offer an exclusive 5-year MPharm program that incorporates Foundation training, allowing you to graduate as a qualified pharmacist (subject to passing the GPhC registration exam).
Whichever path you select, our MPharm programs are meticulously designed to equip you with contemporary pharmacy skills and the self-assurance to excel in your professional future, helping you reach your maximum potential.
