This program is designed for current healthcare professionals or science graduates seeking to join anesthesia teams.

It aims to create practitioner roles that enhance team flexibility. Currently in the UK, only specially trained physicians are permitted to administer anesthesia.

Anaesthesia Associates are healthcare specialists who improve anesthetic services and optimize theater operations. You'll collaborate with the anesthesia team under consultant supervision.

The 27-month full-time program includes 24 months of academic and clinical training, plus 3 months of supervised practice.

Postgraduate Diploma graduates (120 credits) may transition to the MSc program by completing a 60-credit research dissertation. Contact the program coordinator for further information.
