Our Master's program in Food Safety, Hygiene and Management offers specialized education in food control and safety protocols. Students will explore how food impacts public health while analyzing scientific, regulatory, managerial and political aspects affecting food security.

Advance your professional path in this globally relevant discipline. Food safety remains a universal priority, yet modern production techniques and international supply chains heighten contamination risks. These factors can lead to more severe outbreaks while creating opportunities for new pathogens and food fraud incidents.
