Medical and dentistry students have the option to pause their studies for a year to enroll in one of our intercalated Bachelor in Medical Science programs. This specialized year allows you to focus on a specific discipline, develop critical skills for evaluating research literature, and gain hands-on experience with original research projects. The program offers valuable preparation for all medical career paths, whether you're aiming to become a surgeon in the UK or pursue international medical opportunities. While the curriculum provides extensive exposure to global health topics, it doesn't encompass every aspect of this vast field. This experience could lead to a career in global health, opportunities to practice medicine overseas, or simply enhance your clinical skills for domestic practice.
