Radio remains incredibly popular today, having adapted dynamically to digital advancements. This program unlocks numerous career paths for graduates in traditional radio broadcasting as well as digital audio production for podcasts and online platforms.
Alongside developing practical broadcasting and journalism abilities, the curriculum provides foundational knowledge in media theory, historical context, industry operations, and content creation excellence. Graduates emerge as skilled professionals prepared for careers in broadcast media or broader audio production fields.
The program combines core subjects covering essential professional competencies like Radio Techniques, News Reporting, Media Literacy, and Audio Industry Preparation. Students can focus their studies through elective modules during their second and third years.
All students gain hands-on experience through Radio LaB, the university's community radio station, which provides opportunities in hosting, production, marketing, and event coordination throughout the program.
