They create and implement service design solutions for diverse societal and business issues, collaborating across fields with various stakeholders and specialists. Service design is a people-focused practice that emphasizes:
crafting services for both public and private sectors
adopting a collaborative, cyclical, and qualitative approach with all involved parties
accounting for broader systemic influences.
Through applying service design principles to various challenges, this program prepares you to tackle real-world projects, partner with stakeholders and experts from different fields, and utilize design thinking strategically.
The curriculum is designed to progressively build your service design expertise, beginning with immediate local and user-level challenges before advancing to future-oriented and systemic perspectives.

MA Service Design welcomes applicants from a broad range of backgrounds from all over the world Applicants may have an Honours degree in a field relevant to design or may have other equivalent qualifications
The course also welcomes students with good degrees from social science business and other backgrounds those who have previously worked in the industry or those with relevant experience in nontraditional backgrounds as well as those already within employment

Prior experiential learning the outcome of which can be demonstrated to be equivalent to formal qualifications otherwise required

TOEFL IBT - valid for 2 years - Score Required - 90
