The MA Design for Art Direction program at London College of Communication equips visual communicators and designers with practical, theoretical, and conceptual abilities to excel in art direction. This comprehensive course adopts an interdisciplinary approach to the creative industries, fostering opportunities to work across various sectors and create impactful campaigns for commercial, cultural, and nonprofit organizations.
Over five units, students explore the dynamics of communication channels and publishing platforms, analyzing how these tools enable creative work to connect with audiences in adaptable formats.
Participants will undertake cross-disciplinary research initiatives that bridge art, design, science, and technology, while mastering techniques to present concepts in compelling, informative ways.
By examining creative studios as catalysts for expanding public imagination, students will develop skills to articulate cultural, social, and political narratives through refined visual communication aesthetics.
