The BA Textile Design program equips students to navigate this multifaceted professional world. Through diverse projects, technical workshops, and faculty expertise, you'll explore various professional scenarios and their required skills. Students can specialize in three core areas: Print, Knit, or Weave, while also exploring digital techniques, unconventional methods, and sustainable design approaches. The program provides access to cutting-edge facilities for experimental surface treatments and emerging technologies. First-year students sample multiple specializations before choosing their focus in the second year with academic guidance. This strategic specialization cultivates adaptable yet highly skilled designers.
