The BA Costume for Theatre and Screen program at Wimbledon College of Arts immerses students in professional costume creation for stage, cinema, TV, and live performances. This program provides two specialized pathways: costume design and costume interpretation. The curriculum reflects the dynamic, evolving nature of the costume industry. As a BA Costume for Theatre and Screen student, you will:
develop foundational knowledge of costume fundamentals.
enhance skills in both classical and innovative costume design and production methods.
investigate cutting-edge media and digital visualization technologies.
Practical collaborations with industry partners during your studies offer real-world experience. The program has established partnerships with prestigious institutions including The National Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Windsor Castle.

Pass at Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Level 3 or 4
2 A Levels at grade C or above
Merit Pass Pass MPP at BTEC Extended Diploma
Pass at UAL Extended Diploma
Access to Higher Education Diploma
Or equivalent EUInternational qualifications such as International Baccalaureate Diploma at 24 points minimum
And 3 GCSE passes at grade 4 or above grade AC
IELTS level 6.0 or above, with at least 5.5 in reading, writing, listening and speaking
TOEFL IBT - valid for 2 years - Score Required - 80 - Listening - 17, Reading - 18, Writing - 17, Speaking - 20.
