The University of Aberdeen delivers a forward-thinking PGDE program that unites primary and secondary specialists for collaborative learning, shared experiences, and discussions on contemporary education topics.
Designed to create inclusive educators, the program prepares graduates for 21st century classrooms through innovative teaching methods that accommodate diverse learners and promote teamwork. The full-time PGDE spans 36 weeks, with 18 weeks dedicated to school placements in partner Local Authorities and 18 weeks on campus. A part-time option is also available over 18 months, coordinated with select local authorities.
